Expanded Basketball Pregame and Halftime Show Debuts on Wednesday

LAKELAND, FL - A new and expanded pregame and halftime show for Florida Southern College men's and women's basketball will debut on Wednesday night when the Moccasins take on Embry-Riddle in a Sunshine State Conference doubleheader at Streamline Sale Arena at Jenkins Field House. Wednesday's broadcasts will start approximately 10 minutes before the tipoff of each game, with the women's game slated for a 5:30 p.m. tipoff, and the men slated for 7:30 p.m. or 30 minutes following the conclusion of the women's game.

The expanded pregame show includes "Keys to the Game" with analyst Chris Burgess, assistant women's coach Tianni Kelly, and assistant men's coaches Mike Makubika and Nate Champion, while halftime will feature "Megan's Minute", a brief get-to-know-you segment with selected Moccasin basketball players and sideline reporter Megan Price. In addition, each game will also feature a halftime interview with a coach or student-athlete from another Florida Southern athletic team.

Jim Henderson, the longtime play-by-play voice of the Mocs, will interview men's cross country runner Mitchell Kozick at halftime of the women's game and men's cross country head coach Matt Levassiur during the men's game on Wednesday.
