    LAKELAND, FL - Whitney Drost finished with a career-high 17 kills and freshman middle blocker Rachael Martin came up huge as Florida Southern College volleyball rallied back from a 2-1 deficit to defeat Tampa, 3-2, in its first Sunshine State Conference contest of the season on Tuesday at Jenkins Field House.

    LAKELAND, FL (9/14/17) - We are pleased to share with you that as of this morning we now have power in almost all buildings across campus. What wonderful news! We are still waiting for power to come on in Colony Arms Apartments, Roberts Academy, and a few FSC houses surrounding the campus. We will continue to communicate updates as they become available and will accommodate any student who lives in one of these locations if power is still not restored when they return to campus.

    DENVER, CO - Florida Southern College volleyball capped off the 2017 Colorado Premier Challenge with a split on Saturday. The Moccasins (3-5) earned a 3-2 win over in-state rival West Florida in the first match of the day but fell to Regis by a 3-1 final in the nightcap. The volleyball squad will remain in Colorado until it is safe for the team to return in the wake of Hurricane Irma.

    LAKELAND, FL - Florida Southern College volleyball wrapped up the annual Terrace Hotel Classic by splitting a pair of matches on Saturday at Jenkins Field House. The Moccasins (2-2) started the day with a 3-1 win over New Haven (0-4), before falling in five sets to No. 12 Western Washington (3-1) in the finale.

    LAKELAND, FL - Florida Southern College volleyball split a pair of matches at the Terrace Hotel Classic on Friday at Jenkins Field House. The Moccasins (1-1) opened the day with a 3-0 win over Pace, before falling to No. 1 Concordia-St. Paul by a 3-0 final in the nightcap.

    LAKELAND, FL - Florida Southern College volleyball opens its 2017 campaign tomorrow when it hosts the Terrace Hotel Classic at Jenkins Field House. The Moccasins will square off with Pace at 12:45 p.m. before taking on defending national champion Concordia-St. Paul at 7 p.m. on the first day of the annual tournament.

  • Volleyball Picked Third in SSC Preseason Poll

    MELBOURNE, FL - Florida Southern College volleyball was selected to finish third in the Sunshine State Conference preseason coaches poll, the conference office announced on Thursday. The Moccasins tallied 79 total points to finish behind league favorite Palm Beach Atlantic (100 points) and perennial powerhouse Tampa (87 points). The Mocs did finish two points ahead of defending SSC champion Saint Leo.
