Rocket League Secures No. 1 Seed For NACE Postseason

LAKELAND, Fla. - Florida Southern College Rocket League locked up a No. 1 seed in NACE playoffs but fell to league leaders Missouri and Boise State last week in two, 3-0 matches. The Moccasins (7-3) fell in overtime to the Tigers (10-0) in game one and lost two 3-1 games to drop the match, while the Broncos (8-2) took close games before dominating in game three for their victory.

The Moccasins earned a No. 1 seed in Bracket D based on tiebreakers, with the first measure of opponent's round wins placing them 1.3 percent above the competition. The seeding is the highest in the history of the program. FSC will play the winner of Pennsylvania and Hood on Thursday at 8 p.m. in the quarterfinal round of the bracket.
